The Swannanoa Resilience Hub (SRH) is a locally led nonprofit dedicated to supporting the survivors of Hurricane Helene and uplifting community resilience in Swannanoa, North Carolina.

SRH is committed to long-term recovery through trauma-informed case management, practical support, and events that foster connection, belonging, and hope in the Swannanoa Valley. The Hub is a space where people can gather, heal, and care for one another.

While SRH serves as a resource in hard times, community resilience is about more than survival; it’s also connection, celebration, and fun. Joy is a critical piece of recovery and a priority in their work.

Everything SRH does is rooted in the belief that the solutions needed already exist within the Valley and SRH is simply here to help bring them to life. SRH collaborates with and uplifts the work of other local nonprofits, small businesses, and community members.

Swannanoa was formerly a textile town with one of the largest mills in the world, something residents take a lot of pride in. The logo gently nods at this history while incorporating new ideas about the future of the valley.
