The Brand Kit.
The Branding Process typically takes anywhere from 10-16 weeks. Pricing starts at $6,250 and varies by project with payment plans available. More logo variations, brand assets, packaging, web design, and more can be added on for an additional cost. We will go over all of this in our initial consultation before a custom proposal is created.
Tried and True Design Approach
Equal parts industry standards, creativity, and thoughtful curation– proven to help your brand maximize impact, improve recognition, and grow with confidence.
-
Each project begins by diving deep into your business’s past, present, and future. Together, we will determine who your audience is, what your business values are, and why your audience would choose you over your competitors. We will also go over design styles you’re drawn to, symbols that need to be incorporated (or avoided), and how you want your customers/clients to feel after interacting with your brand.
-
Using the information from the discovery phase, I’ll continue researching and crafting a brand strategy for your business. This plan will lay the foundation for your visual identity by better defining your purpose, values, target audience (and how to connect with them), buyer journey, competitor analysis, and how to stand out in your industry. Two different creative directions will be presented for you to choose from before we move into the Brand Identity.
-
Once the strategy has been approved and a direction has been agreed upon, I will create a (proposed) comprehensive brand identity. This presentation will include: primary logo, secondary logo, submark + logo mark, font kit, and color palette. I present one concept, fully built out with mockups so you can envision how the brand would be applied across different platforms and function in the real world.
-
With each presentation there will be prompts for feedback as well as follow up calls. If needed, there are two rounds of revisions included in every package to make sure we get it right!
-
Once everything has been approved and finalized, I will package all of the files in every format, color, and variation you will need. The files will be transferred into your ownership to use as you wish. You will also receive a comprehensive brand guide detailing best use practices, examples, and mockups for you and your team to use when applying your brand.
-
Once the brand is completed, we can work together on additional projects like web design, packaging and labels, social media templates, etc. Some clients enjoy implementing their brand on their own and some prefer outsourcing design tasks to me. I’m here to support whatever works best for you and your business!
Wait, what’s a brand?
Short answer– A brand is how people recognize and remember your business.
It includes your business’s values, purpose, voice, and personality as well as the visual identity: custom logos, fonts, colors, illustrations, and other creative assets. All of these details work together to set your business apart in the marketplace and leave a lasting impact in the mind of the consumer.
When done well, it increases the likelihood of attracting the right audience to your product or service.
My Design Style Is:
-
Illustrative
Each brand I create is illustration heavy. I can’t help myself, I just get carried away with ideas! Which is a win for you because custom illustrations are a great way to further establish your brand personality and recognition. I draw everything by hand before moving to the computer, no AI or downloaded assets, it’s all built entirely from scratch and 100% unique to you.
-
Earthy
Nature is my biggest muse and if you’ve found yourself this deep into my website then chances are you can relate. Not every brand has to be completely nature inspired, but I do typically lean into organic colors, shapes, and textures.
-
Timeless
My goal is to build brands that last so I try hard to stay away from trends. Branding is a huge investment and one that you shouldn’t have to keep making every year just to keep up. I rely on the brand strategy to shape the course of the visual identity, ensuring what we build is classic and sustainable.
-
No, your preferences and inspiration will be considered and discussed, but the goal of the brand is to appeal to your target audience, meaning their preferences take precedence. The Brand Discovery and Brand Strategy phases will help us to determine the best direction for your brand’s visuals. If you trust the process and keep an open mind, you will be pleasantly surprised with the outcome.
-
Even better! I actually prefer working with businesses that have already been in operation for a while. This is because you have a better understanding of your goals, your audience, your needs, and the resources and time to implement your brand. If you’ve already built some recognition, we will work to build upon that in your brand.
-
I only offer one brand package, it has been carefully crafted over the years to provide a strong foundation for your brand. While additional visual assets can always be added on, nothing can be removed. Trust me, you will need all of it!
-
No, my brand kit is designed for businesses who have the experience, budget, and need for something beyond “just a logo.”
-
Yes! My packages are typically billed in stages as we progress through the project, usually as four equal payments but we can adjust if needed.
A non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required before beginning any project. -
Yes, definitely! We can add on a custom website to match your new brand, packaging, labels, merchandise, social media templates, business cards, etc. The possibilities are pretty endless and I love helping my clients roll out their brand cohesively!
-
The answer to this question will vary widely for each business, but here are some quick tips. The best time to brand is when you can afford to implement it! You don’t want to invest in a brand if you can’t afford the follow up (new labels, t-shirts for your crew, business cards, website updates, etc.) If you are starting a new business and investing a lot of money upfront, branding should definitely be included as it will help your business gain trust and recognition from the get-go. If you plan to have a physical location or product lines, I also highly suggest investing in branding upfront. Still not sure? Just fill out the inquiry and we can talk through what’s best for your business. I will never advise someone to invest in branding if I think it’s not the right time.
-
Very! Especially at the start. I have to thoroughly understand your business in order to properly brand it. There is a lengthy discovery phase where you will have to answer a whole lot of questions, some of which you may have yet to even think about– these will form the foundation of your brand. From there we will have regular meetings and check-ins throughout the project, but it will be less demanding of your time as it progresses.
-
It really depends on the project and what your business, goals, and audience are. Please fill out my inquiry form and we can talk more about it to determine if we would be a good fit.
-
I am here to help beyond the brand kit! Once we have the foundation solid we can move into creating print collateral, web design, merchandise, or whatever else you may need. Some clients prefer to outsource design tasks to me entirely and some like to apply the new elements themselves.

I send secure digital invoices that must be paid by electronic bank transfer or credit/debit card.
